My friend said the arrangement was beautiful. It was smaller than I anticipated in the photo she sent and some of the flowers had to be substituted (to your credit, I was notified). I'm aware two sizes of the arrangement, and i had ordered the smaller of the two, but for the cost plus delivery I was somewhat disappointed (hence the four atar vs five star rating).

I was disappointed when I ordered the flowers on Valentine’s Day and gave it a 1 star rating, but oh boy what a commitment to customer’s satisfaction! The manager or owner right away was very concerned and apologetic so she send another arrangement to make it up free of charge and it was perfect and smells really good and the flowers are still alive! I will definitely return and highly recommend Lompoc valley florist! Thank you for taking care of your customer greatly appreciate it!

I am very disappointed that the flowers arrangement was no wear near what is shown online. It was worth the good money that I paid for. Even though it was on the same day order and delivery it looks to me that it rush and was not carefully arranged. Very disappointed!
